What's the role?

This team manages the portfolio of products and services used in driver assistance and autonomous driving vehicles, covering data for driver assistance solutions to centimeter-accurate lane data for hands-free driving. They develop immersive in-car use cases and software products, handling activities from ideation to market launch through collaboration with partners and customers. The team aims to make autonomous driving accessible globally.

Responsibilities:

1. End-to-end product responsibility for location-based software targeting automotive simulation, focusing on ADAS and AD.
2. Prioritize features based on industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
3. Develop partnerships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, AV startups, and research institutions.
4. Drive innovation in digital twins, reinforcement learning, and virtual testing environments.
5. Oversee a product portfolio that fosters innovation for virtual workbenches and digital twins.
6. Collaborate with engineering to optimize simulation accuracy, efficiency, and usability for AI/ML.
7. Coordinate with regulatory teams to ensure compliance with UNECE NATM, EU Regulation 2022/1426.
8. Stay informed about emerging automotive software technologies and trends.

Who are you?

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in automotive simulation, AV development, or AI/ML-driven software.
• Strong background in simulation tools, sensor modeling, and virtual testing environments for AVs.
• 3+ years leading complex products, programs, or projects.
• Expertise in automotive simulation.
• Knowledge of AI, machine learning, digital twins, and synthetic data generation.
• Deep understanding of the automotive ADAS/AD market.
• Proven track record of delivering complex products or solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
