Product & Innovation Expert - Mobile Device and Digital Risk

What you do

Growth strategy and Go to Market
  • Define strategic position and roadmap of the line of business in the corresponding markets based on existing portfolio, market condition, and overall company strategy.
  • Define, steer, and execute the local BU-specific go-to-market and growth initiatives supporting the overall growth ambition.
  • Identify growth gaps versus financial targets and support building remediation plans to bridge the gaps.
Product planning
  • Develop and enhance products to target new market segments or improve value propositions in existing segments.
  • Lead cross-functional teams for the local implementation of new products and innovations (including Operations, Networks, IT, Sales, Technical Product, Underwriting/Pricing).
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and product utilization, and implement improvements to enhance customer experience.
Sales support and enablement
  • Shape value propositions and product offerings for local tenders and sales opportunities.
  • Support the generation of new sales leads and develop prospecting plans.
LOB strategy and innovation
  • Support and lead key strategic initiatives within the Line of Business.
  • Drive innovation initiatives related to products, technology, tools, and partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends, client needs (end customers and distribution partners), and competitive developments; assess market sizes and shares to formulate action plans.

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Underwriting/Product Development, or Market Management, preferably in financial services.
  • Consulting experience is a plus.
  • Experience leading cross-functional project teams in complex organizational structures.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic market positioning for a line of business.
  • Market knowledge and customer research expertise.
  • Understanding of Assistance and Insurance products.
