Your mission

• Manage two teams
  • Internal software development: 1 team leader + 9 developers
  • Webshop development: 1 project manager + 6 developers
• Work on the optimisation and further development of applications
• Conduct HR requirement analyses in collaboration with your team leaders
• Plan training and certification measures and support individual career development for your team members
• Collaborate closely with our internal IT department and report directly to the CIO
• Develop the road map in collaboration with the CIO

Your profile

• Completion of an apprenticeship/traineeship, a university or technical college degree in computer science, or several years of professional experience in the field
• At least 3 years’ experience in software development
• Strong analytical and statistical skills
• A structured, result-oriented, and independent work style supported by project management skills
• The ability to work flexibly and collaboratively within a team
• Excellent German and English language skills
