YOUR ROLE
  1. Consultant and contact person for all HR-related issues, from individual personnel measures to reorganizations.
  2. Support and manage HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
  3. Identify top talent as part of succession planning, advise on development measures, and handle salary and performance appraisals.
  4. Manage stakeholder and interface collaboration with HR specialists/departments (payroll, learning & development, employer branding, pensions department, etc.).
  5. Handle cases in accordance with collective agreements and applicable labor law.
  6. Maintain trusting cooperation with the works council.
YOUR SKILLS
  1. Very good university degree in the relevant field and at least three years of relevant professional experience.
  2. Confident and professional appearance with excellent communication skills.
  3. High willingness to cooperate, team spirit, and flexibility.
  4. Project management skills are an advantage.
  5. Excellent time and self-management skills.
  6. Business fluency in German and English in a professional setting.
