We’re looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Manager (m/f/d) to join one of our clients and lead its Operations strategies. In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on streamlining procurement processes and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of advanced technologies. You’ll have the chance to build a robust function that bridges both finance and procurement, working at a cutting-edge dual-use technology company that develops autonomous unmanned ground systems. In this role, you’ll:

1. Build and scale finance and procurement functions in a rapidly growing hardware-software company.
2. Own financial planning, forecasting, liquidity management, and budget control.
3. Develop KPI-driven reporting across product sales, R&D contracts, and software business.
4. Oversee compliance, tax, audits, transfer pricing, and public funding structures.
5. Partner with legal, operations, and international teams (Germany, Ukraine, UK) on organization-wide financial and procurement strategies.
6. Lead the integration of financial systems (ERP, BI tools) to support scale and transparency.
