A Day in the Life

Be at the forefront of electrophysiology advancements. As a Technical Consultant for our Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team, you will impact patient care through Medtronic's technologies and therapies. We focus on leading the market with our Affera Mapping and Ablation System, innovative ablation catheters, cardiac mapping systems, and electrophysiology products.

Join our community of experts committed to global quality and affordable care. This role is based in Germany as a remote position, with opportunities to work across Germany and Western Europe. Travel will constitute 80-100% of your time, providing diverse market experiences and a strong international network.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Planning programmes with the Sales Manager and other teams to train customers
  • Providing technical support to customers on CAS products and procedures
  • Supporting sales and marketing during product presentations and launches
  • Reporting on account, market, and competitor trends and metrics
  • Gathering and reporting customer feedback, product issues, and complaints
  • Performing administrative duties, including activity reports to the Sales Manager

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering
  • Knowledge of electrophysiology procedures and products
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and focus on quality

Experience in the medical device industry or hospital operating room environment is highly valued.
