Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join as a Senior Solution Architect (div/f/m). You will design application and integration architectures for our AEM-based projects in digital commerce and experience management, with hands-on experience in enterprise AEM solution development, overseeing implementation within client ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Make key design decisions regarding integrations and data flow with e-commerce, ERP, Master Data Management, CRM, logistics, and payment systems.
• Bring architecture best practices and influence stakeholders on architectural choices.
• Provide technical consulting and develop overall technological solutions.
• Develop IT and solution architectures to optimize existing implementations.
• Critically analyze existing IT solutions and processes, and develop migration paths if needed.
• Design and oversee AEM-specific features, components, templates, workflows, and third-party integrations.
• Define and implement DevOps pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and containerized environments like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ensure development quality and coordinate with stakeholders and partners.
• Manage timings and roadmaps from a technical perspective.

What We Are Looking For

• Deep project knowledge and hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Commerce, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
• Proficiency in Java, JCR, HTL, OSGi, and front-end frameworks like React or Angular for headless CMS implementations.
• Experience with APIs (RESTful, GraphQL) and middleware solutions for integration.
• Adobe certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert, Master) are a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban, with success leading teams.
• Ability to consult clients and teams on implementation approaches.
• Professional proficiency in English and German (C1 level).
• Ability to travel occasionally within the region.
