IAM Solution Integration Consultant

Location: Remote / EU-based

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced IAM Solution Integration Consultant to support the integration of various identity and access management systems within a multi-tenant and multi-application ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge in IAM architecture and experience integrating multiple identity sources and target systems with centralized platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement integrations between IAM platforms and target applications (e.g., AD, Azure AD, SAP, cloud services)

Collaborate with internal teams to assess requirements and align integration architecture with compliance and security standards

Develop custom connectors and scripts for provisioning, de-provisioning, and synchronization workflows

Ensure seamless and secure integration across on-premises and cloud environments

Maintain thorough documentation of technical architecture, configuration, and process workflows

Conduct functional and performance testing of IAM integrations and ensure timely issue resolution

Support audit readiness through access certification and reconciliation processes

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience integrating IAM solutions in large-scale, complex environments

Strong knowledge of identity protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM, LDAP)

Familiarity with enterprise IAM platforms (e.g., One Identity Manager, SailPoint, Okta, ForgeRock)

Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, or similar)

Solid understanding of RBAC, least privilege, and identity lifecycle management

Ability to troubleshoot identity synchronization and access issues

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across security, infrastructure, and application teams
