1 Year Fixed Term Contract - Full-time, 40 hours per week

What you’ll do:

As a Supervisor, you will:

1. Engage and inspire the team by ensuring they are striving to reach targets and KPIs.
2. Ensure that the team is providing exceptional standards of customer service.
3. Assist the Management Team in providing training to the team.
4. Support the team in managing the client database ensuring customer loyalty.
5. Ensure the efficient running of the boutique following directives and procedures as set by Retail Excellence, the Management Team, and the Company.
6. Provide a consistent example of the glamorous, luxury lifestyle image of Jimmy Choo through customer relationship management, attitude, personal grooming, dress code, and behaviour to the team and ensuring that they also reflect this.
7. Support the Management Team with successfully running and managing the day-to-day operations of the boutique including but not limited to customer relationships, team management, store administration, stock management, and visual merchandising.

You’ll be enthusiastic and self-motivated and have the ability to go the extra mile to achieve targets at all times. You will have demonstrable leadership capabilities and sound knowledge of the luxury market, customer service, and fashion.
