Ihre Aufgaben:

• Direkte Führung, Entwicklung und Förderung eines Teams von GSE-Service-Mitarbeitenden
• Analyse von Servicekennzahlen und Prozessen zur Effizienz- und Qualitätssteigerung
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Automatisierungs- und Optimierungsansätzen
• Überwachung von Prozesskennzahlen, Identifikation von Engpässen und Maßnahmenplanung
• Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen und bei Projekten

Ihre Qualifikation:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Serviceentwicklung, Vertriebsaufbau oder ähnlichen Funktionen
• Kenntnisse in Preisgestaltung und Datenbankmanagement sind vorteilhaft
• Analytische und strategische Fähigkeiten
• Führungskompetenz und Erfahrung mit interdisziplinären Teams
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Power BI, SAP und ähnlichen Tools

Job Description

Your Tasks:

• Direct management, development and promotion of a dynamic team of GSE service employees
• Analyzing defined key figures and the relevant service processes with the aim of increasing efficiency and improving quality
• Development and implementation of innovative approaches to process automation and optimization
• Continuous monitoring of key process figures, identification of bottlenecks and initiation of appropriate measures
• Supporting the specialist departments and projects

Your Qualifications:

• Degree in mechanical engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in service business development, sales development or a related function in the industry or manufacturing sector
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
• Experience in pricing and database creation is an advantage
• Strong leadership skills and experience with interdisciplinary teams
• Very good command of English
• Confident handling of MS Office and other Microsoft and SAP-based tools (e.g., Power BI, Viva Goals)
