PIMCO Prime is seeking an experienced Real Estate Asset Management professional (m/f/d) with a strong background in retail to join our Frankfurt team. Responsibilities include managing shopping centers across Europe, optimizing performance and value, and developing asset management strategies in collaboration with external partners. The role involves overseeing various stages of the investment cycle, working with joint ventures, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage property performance and work with third-party providers and partners to meet business goals.
• Coordinate with external agents, brokers, and property managers.
• Collaborate with center management for daily operations.
• Monitor financial performance and deviations, prepare reports.
• Lead annual business planning and strategy development.
• Develop repositioning and investment strategies.
• Optimize contracts and processes.
• Focus on investor KPIs including financial returns, sustainability, and smart solutions.
• Support investment processes, including buy/sell analyses and refinancing.
• Manage property acquisitions and disposals.
• Prepare investment updates and respond to investor inquiries.
• Ensure system proficiency for timely delivery.
• Plan market incentives and rents.
• Design products aligned with customer needs.
• Support property sales and lifecycle events.
• Implement letting strategies and identify investment opportunities.
• Conduct market research and benchmarks.

Key Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience, with relevant academic qualifications in engineering, science, finance, economics, or business.
• Extensive retail market knowledge, especially shopping centers.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, Filenet, Argus.
• Experience in development implementation is a plus.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Financial modeling expertise.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude and team spirit.
• Ability to work across cultures and environments.
