What awaits you at Mynaric

1. Design, implement, document, and test embedded software for our laser communications terminals.
2. Develop drivers, platform software, and reusable modules for multiprocessor systems.
3. Perform hands-on integration and tests with lab equipment on target hardware.
4. Collaborate closely with electronics, control systems, and FPGA teams across all development phases, from ideation through bring-up and verification.
5. Work in an international, fast-paced environment.

What you bring with you

1. University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
2. Quick learning and attention to detail.
3. In-depth knowledge of real-time embedded systems (CPUs, buses, DMA, cache, timers, interrupts, peripherals) and communication protocols (UART, SPI, CAN, Ethernet).
4. Excellent knowledge of logic analysers, oscilloscopes, and protocol analysers.
5. Clear and deep understanding of hardware abstraction layers and middleware. Experience with robotic or automotive frameworks such as ROS and AUTOSAR is a plus.
6. Ability to communicate complex technical topics and thrive in multi-disciplinary teams.
