Are you the one?

As an IT System Administrator, you will be part of our dynamic, fast-paced, and international IT Team. Your main responsibilities will include handling tickets related to daily work incidents and ensuring SanLucar stays up to date with new digital IT tools. You will also ensure that all our co-workers have the necessary IT tools, both software and hardware, including their initial setup and future maintenance. You will have regular contact with our corporate IT Team based at our HQ in Valencia.

We are looking for a curious person who loves simplifying tasks for others and delivering top-notch incident management to our SanLucar team. If you enjoy exploring and sharing new digital tools, this role is perfect for you!

What will you do? Your role highlights
  1. You will provide operational first-level support (Windows, network, hardware) with assistance for a ticketing system.
  2. You will handle network administration.
  3. You will set up hardware, including the installation of PCs, notebooks, mobile phones, monitors, etc.
  4. You will manage systems, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and updates.
  5. You will administer and maintain printers.
  6. You will install, maintain, and procure IT hardware/software.
  7. You will support Microsoft Office and Microsoft Business Central.
  8. You will analyze errors and resolve disturbances.
  9. You will manage VOIP and backups.
  10. You will administer O365 (Exchange, INTUNE, Azure AD).

Requirements:

Skills & Knowledge

  1. You have successfully completed IT-related training/education or study, e.g., IT specialist or a degree in IT.
  2. You have very good English skills; knowledge of German is a plus.
  3. You have good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Server & Client).
  4. You have good knowledge around networking (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN).
  5. You have experience with Windows operating systems as well as MS Office products.
  6. You have team spirit and a "Let’s tackle this together!" mentality.
