Job Overview:

As an SAP Sales Director, you will drive sales of our SAP solutions by understanding client requirements, articulating our value proposition, and aligning solutions with their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage SAP order book across assigned accounts in Germany and Austria.
  2. Engage with CXOs and business owners to build strong relationships.
  3. Understand client business challenges and strategies within SAP environments.
  4. Collaborate with global technical and pre-sales teams on opportunities, RFP/RFI responses, and presentations.
  5. Generate leads through alliances, marketing, and professional networks.
  6. Create and execute Business Development Plans with account teams.
  7. Lead end-to-end solution development, including S/4HANA transformations, migrations, AMS, upgrades, and cloud offerings.
  8. Maintain excellent customer interface skills, deliver presentations, and lead meetings.
  9. Develop long-term client relationships and adapt to rapidly changing environments.
  10. Experience in Consumer and Manufacturing industries is advantageous.
  11. Experience in collaborative or global delivery models is beneficial.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 15+ years in solutioning, selling, and closing deals in IT services and consulting.
  • 10+ years selling SAP services, including S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, or SAP on cloud platforms.
  • Expertise in public cloud and IT transformation.
  • Strong understanding of SAP solutions and their industry applications.
  • At least 10 years in large consulting or SI organizations, with 5+ years in relevant sales roles.
  • Experience with SAP pre-sales, sales cycles, and architecture on 5+ SAP projects.
  • Proven sales record of $8-10M or higher quotas over 3+ years.
