The CQV Planner role involves advanced planning, scheduling, progress measurement, change management, and analysis, possibly across major or multiple smaller projects. A thorough understanding of policies, methods, procedures, advanced planning and scheduling techniques, risk analysis, and project support is essential. The Planner will provide expertise and best practices in planning and scheduling within the region.

  • Maintain and monitor the master plan schedule
  • Support the lead planner with EPC & CQV schedules
  • Prepare and monitor tasks to ensure project requirements are met
  • Integrate various contract packages into the master schedule
  • Review contractor schedules and recommend improvements
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients
  • Develop project control procedures
  • Coordinate with contractors and verify project data
  • Develop mitigation plans
  • Assess and prepare reports on contractor extension of time claims
  • Analyze critical paths and constraints to evaluate schedule changes
  • Plan site logistics
  • Propose 'micro-management' schedules for critical work segments
  • Experience in CQV planning for complex pharmaceutical or biotech projects
  • Construction scheduling/planning expertise
  • Knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques
  • Experience working with general contractors in project management or planning roles
  • Good understanding of construction industry technical matters, procurement routes, value management, and engineering
  • Financial knowledge related to projects
  • Primavera P6 planning experience (desirable)
  • Membership in a recognized professional body
  • Experience in hi-tech, manufacturing, health, infrastructure, or commercial sectors
  • Business proficiency in German and English (desired)

The position offers a gross annual salary starting at 55,000 euros, based on professional experience of at least 3 years, with potential for higher pay depending on qualifications and experience.
