To accomplish this, we address specific sound challenges in automotive environments, developing innovative solutions, exploring new sound dimensions, and enhancing comfort functions for the automotive industry.

Position Focus

The work will focus on porting and optimizing algorithms on digital signal processing platforms (DSP).

Responsibilities
  1. Contribute experience and innovative ideas to the design of software architectures, integration concepts, and quality guidelines.
  2. Design and control unit tests, recognize malfunctions, and actively pursue their resolution.
  3. Develop a deep understanding of the algorithms used and provide impetus for their further development.
Qualifications
  • Completed university degree in engineering, preferably in computer science or electrical engineering.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital audio signal processing.
  • Excellent programming skills in C and either MATLAB or Python.
  • Ideally, experience in developing embedded software for audio applications in the automotive environment, as well as initial contact with various DSP platforms, Intrinsics, and Assembler.
  • Passion for audio.
  • Good written and spoken English skills.
  • Initiative and ability to work in a team.

Additional Details

The position is initially limited to 2 years with potential extension. It can be filled part-time. Weekly working hours are 39, with at least two days off. Compensation and social benefits are based on the collective agreement for the public sector (TVD), with possible performance-based bonuses.
