Your Role

As a Senior Consultant, you are an expert in contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be involved in defining problems, proposing and refining solutions. You will play a key role in the development, configuration, and deployment of solutions. You will guide teams on project processes and deliverables, contribute to proposal development, client training, and internal capability-building, and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Minimum Requirements

• Proficiency in German (C1/C2 level) and ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Knowledge of multiple SDLC models, quality and process frameworks like CMMi, ITIL.
• Experience with maintenance & support models, SLA frameworks, transition processes, and portfolio analysis tools.
• Experience in SIAM, Supplier Management, Demand Management, Service Catalog Management, Service Level Management, Capacity Management, Availability Management, IT Service Continuity Management, Change Management, Release and Deployment Management, Asset and Configuration Management, Knowledge Management, Incident, Event, Problem, and Request Management, and Continuous Service Improvement.
• Experience with AWS PaaS services and APIs (e.g., S3, MSK, SES, ECR, Cache, SNS, CloudWatch, EC2).
• Knowledge of programming languages used in AWS deployment such as Typescript, Java, C#.
• Strong understanding of Cloud Architecture and design principles for scalability, availability, and performance.

Preferred

• AWS Certification is a plus.
