• Manage product development projects from concept to manufacturing transfer, mentoring junior team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including program managers, engineers, and regulatory representatives.
• Take responsibility for technical design and prototype development for medical devices.
• Work on interventional devices like access devices and diagnostic catheters using advanced technology.
• Develop and validate test methods, manufacturing processes, and document work in our PLM system.
• Ensure documentation compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Mentor team members and communicate project status to stakeholders.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Plastics, or Biomedical Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in the medical device industry.
• Strong knowledge of interventional devices, materials, and design for manufacturing.
• Experience with Class II and III medical devices and mentoring.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like DOE, tolerance analysis, or Minitab.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
