This role is positioned as a Security Account Manager in Germany, responsible for selling our Identity Governance, Access, Privileged, and Log Management solutions. The ideal candidate will proactively identify and solve customer business, compliance, and security challenges by providing domain expertise and leveraging complex product and service lines to shape and deliver the right solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Be a thought leader and trusted advisor in Identity Governance, Access, Privileged Account, and Log Management
  • Hunt for new business in a defined territory to identify, shape, and close opportunities
  • Achieve license and services revenue targets
  • Act on existing opportunities and create new ones
  • Engage regularly at customer facilities and deliver impactful presentations using strong business skills
  • Work effectively with customer decision makers, especially in key verticals
  • Understand organizational changes and communicate the financial and commercial benefits of proposed solutions
  • Collaborate with sales teams, pre-sales, and partners for system design and integration
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for customers in the domain
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience in selling Identity & Access Management solutions with a focus on software licensing
  • Proven IAM knowledge and success in Germany within relevant verticals
  • 5+ years in security sales
  • Experience selling IAM software with channel partners
  • Degree: Bachelor's or Master's
  • Strong deal qualification, shaping, and closing skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Ability to align business needs with IT and decision makers
  • High activity level, energized, productive, and efficient
  • Self-starter with high self-awareness
  • Ability to provide at least 3 references
  • Hands-on, can-do attitude
