Recruiter (m/f/d)

Our international and agile team is searching for a motivated person to support in the position as a Recruiter (f/m/d) in an HR team that is young, passionate and a caring working environment. Your Tasks

• Own the full recruitment cycle process for your teams within the company from sourcing to offer, with your main focus to close top-notch candidates for our teams in Germany and our subsidiaries in Sweden & the UK.
• Partner with engineering and commercial team leads to understand hiring needs and define search strategies
• Interfacing with all departments on the creation of job descriptions
• Active Sourcing of appropriate applicants via online job portals like Xing and LinkedIn
• Maintain data integrity in our ATS and report on recruiting metrics
• Managing the operation and relationship of all specialist space related job advertisement sites
• Working with the marketing department on employer branding
• Organize job fairs together with our Marketing department
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor or master study in Business Engineer, Business Administrator or related discipline
• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, ideally in a technical environment
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Boolean search, talent mapping, etc.
• Knowledge of different sourcing techniques and platforms to access our target group
• Experience in salary negotiations and pay schemes.
• Experience of recruiting in the space industry is highly preferred
• Fluent English oral and written, German is a plus
• Self-independent and a structured way of working
• Strong communication skills, capacity for teamwork and loyalty
• Empathy and a strong service-oriented behavior
