TP in Greece collaborates with Canon, a leader in professional and consumer imaging equipment and information systems, and proudly offers job opportunities for technology enthusiasts to provide customer support for printers, photocopiers, digital cameras, and other imaging products to German-speaking customers.

We provide successful candidates with comprehensive training on the company’s products, along with guidance on troubleshooting and technical solutions.

What you will do :

Depending on the team you join, responsibilities may include:

  1. Communicating with customers via phone, chat, and email
  2. Tracking and following up on cases to ensure they are resolved efficiently and promptly
  3. Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with all partners, demonstrating empathy at all times
  4. Working towards targets set by the client’s statement of work and internal goals
  5. Responding to customer inquiries and troubleshooting or escalating technical issues
  6. Following standard diagnostic procedures, focusing on frequently asked questions
  7. Turning every customer interaction into a positive experience
  8. Sharing ideas and solutions with colleagues
