A well-established manufacturer of conveyor belt technology is hiring an Account Manager to support continued growth across the DACH and Balkan regions. This position is tailored for ambitious professionals eager to sharpen their commercial skills and deepen their technical understanding within the food and beverage automation sector.

Position Overview :

Operating from your home base in Southern Germany, you'll be responsible for managing customer relationships and driving business development across key product segments including fruit, vegetables, dairy, pet food, and confectionery. This role blends field-based engagement with strategic account planning across diverse markets.

  • Manage and grow key accounts across your assigned territory (End Users and OEMs).
  • Define and execute business development plans aligned with market potential.
  • Maintain proactive contact and build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers.
  • Travel throughout the region (average three days per week) to visit customers and attend industry events.

Qualifications :

  • Fluent in German and English ; fluency in Bulgarian and / or Macedonian required. Additional languages such as Hungarian or Czech are a strong plus.
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally across multiple countries.
  • Strong technical acumen and self-starter mindset.
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently across your territory and internationally.
