Job Description:

Your mission

• You will be responsible for design executions across the e-mail marketing channel for our Brands: HelloBody, Banana Beauty and Mermaid + Me.
• Create stunning artworks and motions focusing on Brand identity, Commercial Campaigns, and online user shopping behavior.
• Digest sales and offer messages and translate them into visuals friendly for users.
• Develop creative ideas and hypotheses for design A/B testing.
• Adapt artwork for European markets (language skills not required), working with translated copy & localized assets.
• Support the team in developing brand visuals for content (photo editing, new posts, product photoshoot, video editing).
• Learn and grow with us.

Your profile

• You are a user-centric designer with an outstanding portfolio demonstrating high aesthetic, understanding of online user behavior, and a commercial approach.
• You hold a degree in Art/Design or related fields, focusing on Digital, Visual, or Graphic Design or Communication Arts.
• You have experience as a visual/graphic designer in an agency or company, particularly in email marketing or advertising communication.
• You understand foundational design principles (typography, color, line, composition, storytelling, UX/UI) across multiple media.
• You are interested in click rates, curious, and eager to improve and test designs to enhance conversion.
• You are proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma) and possess good animation skills.
• You are collaborative, positive, and eager to contribute to team success.
• A passion for the Beauty & Wellness industry and social media trends is a plus.
