Your Responsibilities

  • Excellent customer care: You independently manage existing customers in the international healthcare environment and mainly develop customer relationships based on strategic goals (e.g., cross-selling activities)
  • Continuous process optimization: You and your team manage and optimize existing processes, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and maintaining high service quality
  • Full responsibility: Besides personnel responsibility, this role is characterized by results and budget responsibility
  • Develop tailored solutions: You develop and implement customer-specific solutions and concepts, preferably based on digital or automated approaches, in collaboration with various expert teams
  • You coordinate all threads: You act as the interface between our customers and various internal departments

Your Profile

A successfully completed degree in economics, business administration, industrial engineering, or alternatively several years of professional experience in key account management for internationally operating clients.

  • Solid experience in key account management
  • Good MS Office skills, fluent English skills, and experience with ERP systems
  • High goal, result, and service orientation, independent and structured working style, good analytical skills, initiative, and team spirit
