The Job
As the e-commerce manager, you will be responsible for on-page marketing, optimisation, digital marketing, and paid ads. Your focus will be on the online store, ensuring it is tailored to the local market in terms of "look and feel" and content. Your daily tasks will include:
- Consulting customers in the Scandinavian markets (especially Denmark) and working across the lead funnel to increase sales
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns throughout the year, including themes, pricing, discounts, and bundles
- Keeping prices, product descriptions, and website content updated according to global standards and local needs
- Tracking and being accountable for sales goals for Denmark
- Analyzing performance metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly
- Collaborating with the creative team to create engaging marketing content
- Working closely with marketing to identify localized marketing opportunities
- Increasing traffic and conversion rates through SEO and SEM techniques
- Implementing process improvements and maintaining data accuracy
The Profile
- You speak and write Danish at a native level and are fluent in English (C1)
- At least 2 years of experience managing an e-commerce store
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in B2C (online or offline)
- Hands-on experience with Google and Meta Ads is a plus
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and social media advertising is a plus
- Basic computer skills and experience with management tools
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools
- Knowledge of Shopify is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective communication with diverse audiences
- Confident, driven, and results-oriented
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
