Job Description:

Control the compliance of the preventive and protective measures set in the Company’s health and safety plan. Check their effectiveness during the manufacturing process. Organize and oversee environmental topics such as waste management, emissions, chemical products, natural resource consumption, and participate in HSE improvement projects.

YOUR TASKS:

1. Develop management systems and ensure legal compliance
2. Plan preventive actions and monitor their implementation
3. Create procedures and verify HSE points during implementations
4. Identify risks and plan preventive measures for machinery, tools, or instruments
5. Control environmental KPIs and coordinate training actions
6. Promote actions to reduce energy consumption and carbon footprint in the CT area
7. Ensure achievement of HSE department objectives and implement corrective measures

YOUR PROFILE:

• Higher Education Certificate in Health & Safety
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
• 2-4 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment
• Understanding of quality processes related to precast concrete infrastructures
• Knowledge of country HSE laws
• Proficiency in German and English (minimum B2 level)
• Availability to travel
