Position: Logistic Service Coordinator Ocean Freight Export (m/f/d) for our Hamburg office

• Handle ocean freight export shipments independently
• Plan, book, and create transport orders; track and trace shipments
• Report non-conformances according to KPIs
• Coordinate with approved subcontractors at agreed rates
• Support PSA BDP customers and coordinate with overseas offices/agents
• Register and process complaints
• Ensure compliance with deadlines
• Prepare order settlements and process incoming invoices
• Optimize workflows and monitor results
• Maintain ISO and SQAS standards and data accuracy

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ocean freight
• Commercial training, ideally as a freight forwarding and logistics services coordinator or equivalent
• Experience handling ocean freight export shipments
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures
