Description and Requirements

Position Description

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Inside Account Manager for our Enterprise Accounts in the region North (location: Essen). The Inside Account Manager will work collaboratively with the Key Account Manager and Hybrid Account Manager within one team to manage all presales activities for a set of Enterprise accounts. This position involves working proactively with decision makers at our clients and internal stakeholders to support sales opportunities and ensure the appropriate portfolio of Lenovo products, services, and software is architected to solve our client’s business problems.

This job role includes:

  • Providing proactive follow-up, product information, and overall account support via telephone and email
  • Working closely with Key Account and Hybrid Account Managers to develop opportunities and manage existing accounts
  • Assisting with customer requests and ongoing communication to enhance Customer Experience (CX)
  • Acting as the PC specialist by working directly with customers for configurations to meet their needs and providing updates on status
  • Driving pipeline accuracy and weekly reporting of forecast and opportunity management for customer tracking and sales needs confirmation
  • Leveraging the technical sales team for complex configurations
  • Collaborating with Account Managers to develop value propositions and solution roadmaps

Position Requirements

  • Previous experience with Dynamics 365 and strong Microsoft application skills
  • Experience in the technology or IT industry is highly preferred, along with proven sales success and contracts knowledge
  • High proficiency in executive-level written and verbal communication skills
  • 3-5+ years of experience in solution-based sales
