Job Description:

We are looking for a top professional who is ready to excel and is motivated by developing a portfolio of premium mobile games. You will be driving the whole pipeline of premium games development, from coming up with product ideas, validating them, and finally making sure the execution is excellent. This role is remote in the CET zone.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the product from scratch - from the ideation phase through design and prototyping, implementation, release, and post-release maintenance;
2. Drive development teams to ensure they execute and deliver excellent games;
3. Own the P&L including the product Roadmap for premium games, both live and in development;
4. Work with Business Development to identify developers that can execute premium Product Ideas;
5. Pitch strong premium Game Opportunities to potential development partners and publishers.

What we are looking for:

1. Minimum 6+ years experience in the Games Industry;
2. Strong expertise in premium games development, knowledge of f2p development is a plus;
3. Relevant experience as a Lead Game Designer, Senior Product Manager or Senior Producer;
4. Strong skills in game design of premium games, experience in creative game concepts from scratch;
5. Experience working with outsourced development teams and partners a plus;
6. Experience shipping at least one game;
7. Strong communication, presentation and pitching skills;
8. Strong goal orientation mindset and readiness to own the whole project;
9. Excellent English level;
10. Passion for video games.
