Join our team as an Account Manager. In the Sales department, you will manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, as well as identify and develop new business opportunities. You will play a key role in reimagining the labor market to make it work for everyone.

Your responsibilities:

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of existing clients.
  • Prepare reports on account status and provide feedback to management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve KPIs while ensuring client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Demonstrate excellent listening, negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Have experience as an Account Manager, Business Developer, or in a similar role.
  • Be results-oriented with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Communicate effectively in French, German, and English; Luxembourgish is a plus.
  • Be experienced with CRMs, MS Office, and knowledgeable about recruitment market trends.
