Your Responsibilities
  • Improve customer experience by cross-data analysis to increase utilization of sites and commercial return for the customer and E.ON.
  • Lead work packages to enhance our commercial data management and increase automation throughout our end-to-end processes.
  • Create root cause analyses to identify systematic issues and derive recommendations with our technical team.
  • Develop regular dashboards and management reports to track the performance of our eMobility operations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders across multiple teams and partners.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in data sciences, engineering, IT, or similar.
  • Professional experience in data management and analytics.
  • Experience in evaluating data collections and creating performance dashboards in Microsoft PowerBI.
  • Strong communication skills in English and German, with the ability to convince others and drive solutions forward.
  • Knowledge of e-mobility/electrical infrastructure is a plus.
  • Experience in project management and leading project teams.
  • Experience in collaborating with external partner companies.
  • Proactive attitude with a mindset of continuous improvement.
