You will lead the production operations in the plant and deliver key performance targets (SQCDSM) in safety, quality, productivity, volumes, cost, sustainability, and organizational morale. You will ensure our manufacturing strategy is fully implemented and effective, and you will strive to build a high-performing organization.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Manage change and transformation among the operating teams in the implementation of IL6S - Integrated Lean 6 Sigma, FoF - Factory of the Future, and roles such as AM - Autonomous Maintenance, PM - Progressive Maintenance, within an integrated 6-star model to develop self-sufficient teams. Role model values and principles through effective coaching, mentoring, and team development.
  • Support the manufacturing annual operational plans and targets to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and engagement goals aligned with the site's business needs. Coach line leaders, cascade and communicate plans and targets to ensure alignment and understanding of priorities, focus, and KPIs.
  • Establish and maintain strong governance to review and control operational performance, embed a zero-loss mindset, and drive continuous improvement. Lead the team to identify and improve technology, culture, capability, and operating systems for reliable and best-in-class operations.
  • Ensure all manufacturing standards, governance, and compliance requirements (e.g., quality, food safety, GMP, health and safety, security, environment, sustainability, policies, legal requirements, internal audits) are understood, in place, and effectively monitored and reviewed.
  • Lead and be accountable for talent management, capability development, and engagement within the manufacturing team. Identify critical talent levers to attract, retain, and develop talent at all levels, building a sustainable workforce. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional peers internally and externally to achieve objectives and KPIs.

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career with the following experience and knowledge:

  • Strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience in the CPG industry, with expertise in TPM, 5S, Lean, Six Sigma tools and concepts.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team environment. Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and team-building abilities.
  • An engineer with strong financial and business acumen, project management skills, and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment.
  • Fluent in German and English.

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.

No relocation support is available; however, minimal support may be provided for international candidates through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy.
