We are seeking a Customs Process Administrator for our Bremerhaven team. As a Logistics Administrator, you will handle customs documentation for a strategic client, supported by an experienced team. This is a great chance to gain experience in customs and logistics, on a fixed 2-year contract.

Note: Only fluent German speakers residing in or willing to relocate to Bremerhaven will be considered.

You will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and submitting necessary documents and registrations for cargoes (Import / Export / Transshipment)
  • Ensuring accurate and timely data entry in all systems
  • Communicating effectively with customers, vendors, and colleagues
  • Organizing transports, container stuffing, stripping, inspections, and more
  • Staying updated on local procedures and regulations, especially regarding the Union Customs Code and Veterinary Authority regulations
  • Participating in daily operations, meetings, safety standards, and documentation
  • Engaging in refresher trainings on customs and VAS products

  • Fluent German and English skills
