We are looking for a seasoned product leader with experience in leading a competent product organisation, deep experience in building and optimising high-scale tech products that create a compelling value proposition for consumers and the business.

Responsibilities:

1. Define and drive the product strategy for FREENOW's consumer products, enhancing user experiences for both B2C and B2B customers.
2. Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and data science teams to develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog and deliver excellent user experiences.
3. Build and mentor a team of capable junior and senior product managers.
4. Maintain a customer-centric approach, empathizing with customer pain points.
5. Apply first-principle problem solving to challenge the status quo and break down complex problems.
6. Launch minimum-loveable products based on data and experimentation, iterating continuously for better customer experiences.
7. Oversee product launches, marketing, and go-to-market activities for Rider and B2B products.
8. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure understanding and support.
9. Use data to drive decisions, measure performance, and communicate impact to senior executives.

To be successful in this role:

• Minimum 3+ years experience as Head or Director of Product, managing 3-5 product managers.
• Previous experience in Internet consumer-facing industries such as eCommerce or multi-sided marketplaces.
• Understanding of building great mobile consumer experiences for large, multi-geography user bases.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Empathy for users and a drive to resolve their pain points.
• Good business acumen, customer-centricity, team orientation, and results focus.
