  • Acquire new customers and provide commercial and technical advice and support for existing customers (including traveling)
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new trends and developments
  • Support technical product demonstrations to secure new projects
  • Develop solution-oriented coating systems in collaboration with potential customers and technical departments
  • Negotiate prices and contracts
  • Manage complaints in cooperation with internal departments
  • Maintain customer relationships and manage projects using a CRM system

Requirements:

  • Degree with a technical and/or commercial background (e.g., Industrial Engineering) or relevant further training (e.g., paint technician with commercial experience)
  • Several years of sales experience with explainable products, ideally in the chemical industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Fluency in Flemish and Dutch; business fluency in English; German and French skills are a plus
  • High technical affinity and a solution-oriented approach to customer requirements
  • Strong commitment and entrepreneurial spirit within the company
