Job Description:

WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?

You will have full ownership of your part of the product, becoming the Go-To Person for this area.

Work closely with customers to understand their needs, incorporate their feedback into the integration process, and engage in discussions on business transformation and enterprise architecture.

Communicate directly with stakeholders within and outside LeanIX, articulating customer needs and influencing product strategy to align with market trends.

Align your integration work with the overarching product vision by collaborating with product leadership, challenging, and influencing strategy.

Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and other functions within a modern SaaS company to understand market dynamics, competition, and influence product positioning.

Manage the product backlog and roadmap, prioritizing topics to deliver customer value timely.

Work with engineers and UX colleagues from product discovery through delivery, ensuring the team understands customer pain points and collaborates on solutions.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Product Management experience, ideally as a Product Owner for 3-5 years.

Background in enterprise architecture, IT transformations, or program/project management is a plus.

Experience working across functions within a SaaS company, including product leadership, UX, Customer Success, Enablement, Sales & Marketing.

Ability to empower and collaborate with engineering teams to craft solutions.

Holistic view on the product—success is when features are in use and deliver value.

Fluent English is mandatory.
