About the Role
As a Junior Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist , you'll work closely with German agencies and businesses, assisting them in launching and optimizing their online advertising campaigns. This is a target-driven role where you'll collaborate with clients, providing expert guidance to ensure their digital marketing efforts are effective and impactful.
Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Consultation : Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate and create impactful PPC campaigns.
Campaign Strategy & Execution : Develop tailored digital advertising strategies that align with client objectives.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization : Analyze campaign data to drive spend, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure long-term campaign sustainability.
Client Engagement : Manage a high volume of client interactions daily, delivering top-quality support and fostering strong relationships.
What We're Looking For
Educational Background : A BA / BS degree or equivalent; an MA / MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus.
Experience : At least 1-2 years in sales and / or online advertising.
Skills :
Strong desire to meet and exceed productivity, customer satisfaction, and target goals.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Effective time management and self-organization skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for optimization.
Client-focused with a passion for customer interaction and business success.
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
Native-level German.
High proficiency in English.
