Locations:

Hirschberg an der Bergstraße or Bielefeld

Responsibilities:

1. Support project managers and construction teams with organizational tasks (material disposition, follow-up deliveries, complaints, scheduling)
2. Assist the project team with maintaining project data in systems (Spartacus, AX2012, Kanbo)
3. Contribute to project success by recording additional costs within deadlines
4. Serve as interface between the project team and management in business administration
5. Support in commercial project processing and project controlling

Profile:

1. Successfully completed commercial training or a degree with a focus on economics
2. Professional experience in a private sector company, ideally in construction, real estate, or energy sectors
3. Proficient in MS Office applications
4. Structured and independent working style with organizational skills
5. Friendly, service-oriented demeanor, strong communication skills, and team spirit
