JOB CONTEXT
Hesse Consulting Group (HCG) is seeking a dynamic Director of Commercial Growth to drive our sales excellence. This role is instrumental in achieving our Strategy 2025-2030 by leading a high-performing sales function and expanding our sales capabilities to meet evolving client needs and market trends.
The successful candidate will be responsible for Sales Leadership, developing and executing strategies that drive HCG’s growth, aligning with business priorities and market opportunities.
Over time, the role will additionally include product ownership of our sales capability-related services, heading our respective Product Innovation, and owning and advancing HCG’s sales capabilities portfolio, ensuring alignment with industry trends and client demands.
