Job Description

As a Director at DPO-ONE, you will lead an innovative company with significant growth potential. Your focus is on scaling the organization from startup to scale-up, driving sales growth and product development.

Your responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Growth: Develop and implement an ambitious growth strategy to position DPO-ONE globally as the leading privacy compliance solution.
  2. Sales and Marketing: Lead efforts to enter new markets, acquire customers, and deepen existing relationships. Provide direction to sales and marketing teams.
  3. Product Development: Drive innovation and collaborate closely with the development team to continuously improve and adapt our SaaS solution to global needs.
  4. International Leadership: Expand DPO-ONE globally by partnering with diverse markets and sectors.
  5. Financial Management: Ensure a solid financial foundation through effective budget management and achievement of set goals.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience leading companies through a scale-up phase.
  • Track record of driving sales growth and developing profitable products.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take risks and innovate.
  • Excellent English communication skills (Dutch and Portuguese are a plus).
  • Interest or familiarity with privacy legislation and compliance is advantageous.
