• Contribute your ideas and expertise to maintain and develop our highly frequented, self-built online shop for markets in Germany, Austria, Poland, and the Netherlands.
• Work with our experienced, international development teams to improve and expand our PHP-based backend services for areas like operations (payment, logistics, customer service tools), CRM, content and product management systems, or marketplace.
• Operate in a modern tech stack: cloud-based & virtualized infrastructure, service-oriented architecture, event-based communication, Golang, and PHP backend services.
• Become part of our well-rehearsed agile teams comprising web developers, a dedicated product owner, and a Scrum master.

Your Profile

• Proven track record of delivering excellent product and user experiences in an e-commerce environment.
• Experience working with customer-facing discount options like vouchers and points, ideally with third-party applications.
• Relevant expertise in modern product management techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred. Proficiency in English, assertiveness, and a solution-oriented mindset are essential.
• Ability to navigate complex environments and manage stakeholder interests with empathy and passion.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Relevant PO certificates (I, II, III - Scrum.org or Scrum Alliance) are desirable.

Your Job

• Act as the Entrepreneur in Residence for the Insight Product, preparing business cases and justifications.
• Define the roadmap for the "Incentivation" product area, including processes, aligning with business goals.
• Prioritize the product roadmap, own the backlog, and set sprint goals in collaboration with the development team.
• Own requirements engineering, product backlog items, and maintain the backlog, keeping customer and departmental needs in mind.
• Use your communication skills to bridge gaps between business and technology.
