Reporting to EU Service Manager
As Service Marketing leader for Europe, you are well versed in analysing market needs and anticipating compelling and innovative service offerings enticing to our customers. In conjunction with EU and local service management, you will be responsible for strengthening the service sales for PMLS, Ultrasound, and IVD equipment. Your responsibilities:
- Analyse the market needs and anticipate requested evolution for the service offering.
- In conjunction with EU and Local service management, strengthen the service sales policy and define KPI rules according to different countries' demand, inline with the sales policy for PMLS, Ultrasound, and IVD equipment.
- Support and train after-sales service teams to offer SLA contracts, including warranty extension, preventive maintenance, hotline contracts, IT, and non-contract solutions.
- Define and secure answer strategies for important tenders with regional and local country leaders.
- Support, define, and develop tools and solutions with HQ service marketing for quotations, contracts, and after-sales operations.
- Develop and monitor service revenue forecasts and dashboards.
- Coordinate with product service managers and National Service Managers to develop new service products according to different countries' business scenarios.
- Coordinate with HQ/local teams to accomplish monthly EU Service Sales data analysis reports.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the EU Service Manager and EU Deputy Service Manager.
Marketing Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute marketing plans to promote service offerings across the EU.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Define target customer segments and create tailored marketing campaigns.
Service Promotion:
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns to increase awareness and adoption.
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and digital content.
- Manage digital marketing channels with local teams.
Customer Engagement and Retention:
- Enhance customer engagement and loyalty strategies.
- Develop customer feedback programs to gather insights and improve services.
- Coordinate with local service managers to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
Sales Support:
- Develop sales tools and training materials.
- Support sales activities at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.
Partnerships and Collaborations:
- Identify and develop partnerships with stakeholders like distributors and industry associations.
- Coordinate joint marketing initiatives to expand market reach.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management with insights and recommendations.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with experience in service sales & marketing.
- Minimum of 5 years in the medical devices industry with a similar product portfolio.
- Strong service marketing background and experience in new product offerings.
- Service sales management experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking, analytical skills, creativity, customer focus, and project management abilities.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work in the country without sponsorship.
