We’re searching for a Germany-based Senior Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. This is a strategic and hands-on role, requiring both creative and analytical thinking. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the German healthcare landscape, experience in B2B marketing (ideally SaaS or healthcare IT), and a strong drive for delivering measurable business outcomes. While there is no direct people management initially, this role may evolve into a leadership position as the team grows.

How You’ll Spend Your Time
  1. Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the German healthcare market
  2. Collaborate closely with Sales to generate MQLs and drive pipeline growth
  3. Own and manage lead follow-up and conversion processes, ensuring a seamless transition to Sales
  4. Adapt and localise global campaigns and messaging for the German market
  5. Lead the local marketing planning and activity calendar, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals
  6. Use the full marketing mix: digital, social, events, content, PR, and partner marketing
  7. Maintain a GDPR-compliant contact database and apply persona-based targeting
  8. Monitor local market activity and provide insights to inform product, sales, and marketing strategies
  9. Write effective briefs for internal teams and external agencies
  10. Take ownership of marketing budgets, campaign performance, and MROI tracking
  11. Use marketing automation tools to support lead nurturing and buyer journeys (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce)
  12. Deliver regular reports on campaign outcomes, lead status, and marketing effectiveness
  13. Represent the German voice of the customer across marketing and product teams
  14. (Optional/future scope) Support hiring and onboarding as the marketing function in Germany grows
