Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Pricing and Promotions Analyst, Quick Commerce (Dmart) to join the Pandora Commercial Quick Commerce team in Berlin. Your role will be to help redefine customer experiences in quick commerce by building scalable technology, reaching new markets, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing pricing and promotion strategies to boost growth and profitability.
• Leading performance measurement and analysis of initiatives to optimize impact.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams across departments and countries.
• Providing insights, reports, and recommendations to senior management.
• Sharing best practices from different markets to enhance overall performance.
• Supporting leadership with data-driven decisions and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in e-commerce, tech, or management consulting.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and apply new skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in SQL / BigQuery.
• Advanced skills in Excel / Google Suite.
