THIS IS WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US:

The focus is primarily on acquiring new customers and supporting existing customers, and you are the first contact person on site.

You support our customers in implementing guidelines in their production concerning industrial water treatment (cooling, boiler, and wastewater), e.g. by creating treatment and savings concepts. A particular focus of your work is on sales of our chemicals and solutions for water treatment including our monitoring systems, service, and water treatment equipment. Using your knowledge, you will actively initiate new business opportunities for INWATEC. Through your on-site work, you will intensify customer loyalty and expand the customer base by implementing strategies and tactical plans to achieve sales goals.

By participating in seminars, conferences, and specialist congresses, you expand your know-how and pass it on to colleagues in internal workshops and trainings.

EXPECTED TRAINING, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

You have already gained several years of experience in technical sales and already know your way around the industry. You have completed training in the natural sciences/technical field - specializing in chemistry, wastewater technology, biology, or a comparable training course (e.g. chemical laboratory technician, chemical technician, wastewater technology specialist, biology laboratory technician, etc.). You can organize yourself well and plan your assignments with customers independently. Interdisciplinary work represents an attractive challenge for you, and you are open to new and innovative solutions. Your profile is rounded off by your strong communication skills at different decision-making levels, and you are characterized by a convincing, confident personal appearance. You have the ability to work from home, have a class B driving license, and enjoy working in the field. You are fluent in written and spoken Polish and English, and no one can fool you when it comes to using MS Office.
