TP in Greece collaborates with a leading Mobile Bank, helping customers manage their accounts on-the-go, track expenses, and set aside money in real-time.

We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to support German-speaking customers.

In this role, you will be the frontline of the bank for the German-speaking market, providing excellent customer service, preventing fraud, protecting data, and safeguarding customers.

What you will do:

• Support customers via phone, chat, and email
• Prevent fraud, protect data, and safeguard customers
• Represent our client professionally
• Follow up on cases to ensure timely resolution
• Maintain high customer satisfaction

What you will bring:

• Fluency in German
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
