For our site Diehl Aerospace GmbH in Nuremberg, we are looking for a:

Head of Supply Chain (m/f/d) Planning & Execution

• Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain & Production
• Managing the operational processes of production planning, procurement, and scheduling of required materials, as well as ramp-up management during the development phase, supply chain design, and supply chain controlling activities
• Executing and further developing planning, control, and procurement processes, mapping them in the ERP system (SAP), and managing the entire value chain from the customer to the supplier, including securing the entire supply chain
• Responsibility for inventory management of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods, along with continuous process optimization to achieve optimal parameters
• Promoting and embodying the LOS (leadership / ownership / sustainability) leadership culture at Diehl Aerospace and working successfully in multifunctional teams

Minimum qualifications:

• Successfully completed a degree in economics, technical studies, or equivalent training with additional specialist qualifications
• Several years of experience with management responsibility, ideally in production or supply chain areas
• Experience in dealing with supply chain and production processes, especially production planning, control, and procurement
• Strong communication, organizational, teamwork skills, and personal commitment; sound knowledge of SAP and MS Office
• Excellent knowledge of process and project management, lean methods, and fluency in English
