We are now looking for a Ship Electrics Integration Manager to join our team working for a more sustainable future. The position is permanent, based in Hamburg, Germany.

As Ship Electrics Integration Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Assembling and optimizing systems architecture for electrical systems on ships (for quotes and realization)
• Creating concepts for new, innovative technical solutions and strategies
• Preparing project calculations and specifications
• Leading the project team technically and coordinating technical changes
• Reducing technical risks in projects
• Managing supply and services, including budget responsibilities

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A graduate degree in electrical engineering or similar
• Approximately 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Business fluent English skills, both spoken and written (technical English)
• Detailed product and market knowledge in ship technology
