We are looking for you to join our team in Bremen as a Employee in Dispatch Planning / Technical Support (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate deployment of field technicians for maintenance and troubleshooting of photovoltaic systems, transformers, communication facilities, and electrical networks of wind and solar installations, in consultation with customers and grid operators.
2. Manage order processing from quotation to invoicing, maintaining direct contact with customers.
3. Provide technical support to our customers and field service technicians/electricians.
4. Possess a completed vocational training, preferably with experience in electrical engineering, as a master or technician.
5. Preferably have experience in renewable energies.
6. Have technical understanding, familiar with medium-voltage systems.
7. Proficient in MS Office, open to learning new software.
8. Organized, independent, and goal-oriented work style.
9. Enjoy communication and teamwork.
