What Awaits You At Mynaric

• Researching and developing new processes and optimizing current standard operating procedures, work instructions for different work centers or machines
• Conceptualizing and designing jigs, fixtures, and assembly fixtures in CAD environment and packaging concepts
• Evaluating existing manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement, implementing 5S and lean manufacturing techniques, and defining OKRs and DMAIC for process operations and steps
• Taking ownership in production planning, material incoming, work order creation, and Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
• Managing projects involving multiple departments internally with engineers and externally with suppliers
• Developing detailed layouts for equipment, work centers, production hall, and conducting throughput analysis with processes and workflow
• Managing and developing a small team with the aim of scaling operations as we grow
• Shift work may be required

What You Bring With You

• Successful engineering degree in industrial, production, mechanical, or similar technical fields
• Experience using CAD and related PLM software; CAM knowledge is an advantage
• Exposure to Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and SAP ERP is a plus
• Ability to quickly grasp new information and translate it into action items by prioritizing and thinking creatively
• High motivation, self-initiative, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Previous full-time or internship experience as a mechanical or manufacturing engineer is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus
